The Granite Ridge Instrumental Music Program is very dependent on the donations and contributions of the participating students and their families. We make every effort to keep our expenses down while providing the best possible experience for our students. The first fundraiser for the 2025-26 school year is this PLEDGE DRIVE!!!
Our estimated budget for approximately 300 performers at CNEC for the 2025-26 school year is $350,000. The budget is used to cover the following season expenses:
Instructional Staff
Polo Shirts
Transportation
Show entry fees
Sheet Music
Auxiliary Costs
Office Supplies
Awards
We estimate that 180 students will participate in the Granite Ridge Instrumental Music Program. When examining our budget and other revenue potential our overall donation goal breaks down to be an average of approximately $200.00 per student. Participation in the Granite Ridge Instrumental Music Program is open to everyone and is in no way associated with the amount of money donated by the student or family.
We ask that each participating member and their family pledge as much as possible towards our financial goal.
As you consider your pledge amount, we are pleased to offer the following:
Donations of $200 or more received by September 12, 2025 will receive the following: Two (2) paid admission to the CNHS Fall Band Concert, CNEC Winter Concert & CN Band Spring Concert
Donations of $400 or more received by September 12 , 2025 will receive the following: Four (4) paid admissions to ALL CNEC Instrumental Music Concerts held in the PAC for the 2024-25 school year INCLUDING name in all CN related concert programs for the 2025-26 school year.
