Financial Planning Guide

The Clovis North Educational Center Instrumental Music Program is very dependent on the donations and contributions of the participating students and their families.

We make every effort to keep our expenses down while providing the best possible experience for our students. The first fundraiser for the 2025-26 school year is this PLEDGE DRIVE!!!

Our estimated budget for approximately 330 performers at Granite Ridge and Clovis North for the 2025-26 school year is $350,000.00. The budget is used to cover the following season expenses:

• Instructional Staff

• Uniform maintenance

• Transportation to shows and festivals.

• Show entry fees

• Sheet Music

• Show design

• Auxiliary Costs

• Office Supplies

• Awards

We estimate that 150 students will participate in the Clovis North High School Band and Color Guard. When examining our budget and other revenue potential our overall donation goal breaks down to be an average of approximately $500.00 per student. Participation in band and color guard is open to everyone and is in no way associated with the amount of money donated by the student or family. 

We ask that each participating member and their family pledge as much as possible towards our financial goal, while considering other contributions that you have or will be making to our program, (winter guard contribution, winter percussion contribution, field trip donation, etc).
