We are excited to share this once-in-a-lifetime experience with the students of the Clovis North Wind Ensemble who will travel to Indianapolis to perform at the Music for All National Concert Band Festival.
We make every effort to keep our expenses down while providing the best possible experience for our students. Our budget for 49 students to participate in this event is $184,000.00. The budget is used to cover the following season expenses:

Ground Travel
4 night hotel accommodations at JW Marriott Indianapolis
All Meals during trip
Festival Registration, photo, clinics, masterclasses, opening ceremonies, banquet etc.
Music Travel Consultants tour director

All Operations and planning charges
49 students will participate in the Clovis North High School Wind Ensemble. When examining our budget and other revenue potential, our overall donation goal breaks down to $3,200.00 per student. Participation in band and color guard is open to everyone and is in no way associated with the amount of money donated by the student or family.
We ask that each participating member and their family pledge as much as possible towards our financial goal.
Option #1 - $3,200.00 per student Oct. 8.
Option #2 - 2 installments of $1,600.00 Oct. 8 & Jan. 7.
Option #3 - 4 installments of $800.00 Oct. 8, Dec. 10, Feb. 11, Mar. 29.
Option #4 - 8 installments of $400.00 Oct. 8, Nov. 12, Dec. 10, Jan. 7, Feb. 11, Mar. 29, Apr.16, & May 1.
