The Clovis North Educational Center Open Winter Guard is very dependent on the donations and contributions of the participating students and their families. We make every effort to keep our expenses down while providing the best possible experience for our students. This year we will be traveling participating in FIVE SJVCGPR contests, traveling to TWO WGI regionals in San Diego and Manhattan Beach.
Our estimated budget for approximately 12 performers in the Clovis North Open Winter Guard is $33,200.00. The budget is used to cover the following season expenses:

Registration costs
Charter Bus Costs
4 nights hotel accommodations
Equipment Vehicle and equipment transportation costs
Rehearsal Facility Rental Fee
There are 12 students participating in the CNOWG. We have secured many subsidies and donations already for this season. Along with that and money raised through fireworks booth last summer, our budget and our overall donation goal breaks down to be an average of approximately $2,000.00 per student. We must raise these funds to ensure participation in all these events.
We ask that each participating member and their family donate as much as possible towards our financial goal, while considering other contributions that you have or will be making to our program.
Donations may be spread out throughout the remainder of the school year.
