The Clovis North Educational Center Winter Percussion is very dependent on the donations and contributions of the participating students and their families. We make every effort to keep our expenses down while providing the best possible experience for our students.
This year, this ensemble will be participating in FIVE SJVCGPR contests and for the first time EVER an overnight trip to perform at the WGI Union City Percussion Regional.
Our estimated budget for approximately 28 performers in the Clovis North Winter Percussion is $29,000.00. The budget is used to cover the following season expenses:
Floor
Costumes
Registration costs
Transportation
Props
Charter bus for overnight trip
Hotel Accommodations 2 nights
Fuel Costs for Equipment Vehicles
There are 28 students participating in the CNWP. We have secured many subsidies and donations already for this season. Our budget and our overall donation for this group breaks down to be an average of approximately $1000.00 per student. We must raise these funds to ensure participation in all these events.
We ask that each participating member and their family donate as much as possible towards our financial goal, while considering other contributions that you have or will be making to our program.
Donations may be spread out throughout the remainder of the school year.
