Please fill out if you are interested in auditioning for the Clovis North High School Color Guard. No experience is required to join!
Granite Ridge Auditions will be held May 7th- and May 8th 3:30p - 6:00p in the Clovis North MPR. Clovis North Auditions will be held May 4th from 5:30p - 7:00p in the GR Gym and 5th from 3:30p - 6:00p in the CN MPR. Auditions are open to all incoming students 6th -12th.
We also have Open Workshop Days that anyone who are interested in can attend to learn more about the activity and the people in the program. Workshops are April 20th - 24th in the Clovis North MPR from 3:30p - 6:00p. We can provide equipment as well!

Fall color guard starts in August and runs through December and then switches to our Winter Color Guard that runs January through May. Color guard is a performance and physical art that combines dance, flag work, rifle and saber spinning, and theatrical elements to create visually captivating routines set to music. As part of the marching band, color guard members use equipment and dance to add dramatic flair and emotion to the show. Their performances involve synchronized movement, intricate tosses, and expressive choreography that help tell a story or enhance the musical experience on the field or in a gym during winter guard season. Color guard blends athleticism and artistry, requiring strength, precision, and creativity, making it a unique and dynamic activity.
